![]() My next step is to hook up a MIDI device that has a MIDI in and out that I can use to get the PCR back into the Mac. With the power supply connected, the PCR worked as a controller. I tried it again with a power supply (it's a standard 12v DC positive core and those sly sellers at eBay have blurred out the output level, but any similar wall wart will work if it fits). ![]() I tested the PCR-800 as a stand alone controller on my external keyboard while powered by the USB port on my 2013 MP and it didn't t work. The driver I could download failed with a dialogue box saying "there was no software to be installed." ![]() The Roland site downloads page doesn't link to any DMG files, and clicking on the "link" to the latest driver returns you to the same page, ad infinitum.
